POWT - Perma-offended Woke Twat - someone who has to feel offence and outrage at every little thing, even if that thing doesn't affect them directly. They'll often (rather condescendingly) assume outrage on other people's behalf. Their favourite bleats are to call you some form of '-ist' (racist, sexist etc), even if you show no evidence of that. They often see things in black and white and don't realise that the world is anything but that.
