Cannabidiol is an oil extracted from the cannabis plant. Unlike cannabis and THC-products, it has been legalized in some places as it doesn’t pose a threat. It can be used to treat anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Usually absorbed under the tongue. Cannabidiol is also commonly referred to as CBD, which is the shortening. -Totally recommended by me, Brevqvist.
The cannabidiol had made him able to step outside without getting overly anxious and delusional.

Skanking is a dance that originated in Jamaica back in the 1960’s. People would usually skank to music genres like reggae and ska.
