A combination of a belch and a cough, which if done correctly, will sound as if the deliverer is attempting to vomit.

After eating two entire bacon cheeseburgers from Crackerbarrel, Darrell gorfed with such intensity on the way up the elevator that it almost caused a chain reaction of throwing up.
