A goldsink is a method of removing fantasy currency from a roleplaying website's economy.

It is designed to indirectly control inflation; if people don't have the gold to spend, people can't charge higher prices because the item will never sell.
"I spent 2000 gold on this hair; now I have to delete it?!"

"Yep, hair's a goldsink."

Metaphorical miniature badgers that curl up inside your ear canal, their furry coats preventing you from hearing properly. They act as a kind of reverse Babelfish and will sometimes completely mistranslate what you are meant to have heard.
Person A: "Do you want to go for a sandwich?" Person B (with ear badgers): "What? Do I want to get sunburnt?!"

To boogie or dance and usually jump enthusiastically around whilst listening to J-Pop or Japanese pop music.

Usually includes the dancer singing what little of the Japanese lyrics they know along with the song, and inevitably singing the English the artist includes as it's the only part they honestly understand.

Though J-Popping is mostly done by Japanese fangirls (though who love everything Japanese, purely because it's Japanese), it is also done by anyone with a passion for happy, energetic music.
"She's really J-Popping, huh?"

"*Whilst bouncing around* Atsuiiii ki mocho...uh... C'est la vie!! CEST LA VIE!"

A website filled to the brim with adults with the minds of children. Some of these "kidults" are quite talented artists, and should be out selling their wares, but instead waste their efforts creating a masterpiece then scribbling a giant penis on it and calling everyone "gay".

Though the "b3ta mindset" is easy to slip into, it is generally a bad idea; you will end up finding humour in things most normal people have long abandoned for a more mature attitude.
A typical discussion about an image on b3ta:

Jack: "LOL! A COCK! How original!"

Jill: "No it's not"

Jack: "LOL! COCK!"

A baby bat is a person who has discovered Goth, but is unfamiliar with the scene. They often listen to Goth music, and have distinctive 'Goth' tastes (an interest in the occult, macabre acadaemia, a love for the Victorian/Georgian societies) but haven't yet become acclimatised to being non-mainstream.

Baby bats are distinctive from emos in both personality and dress sense. Though the bats often use heavy make-up, they wear more tartan and netting/tulle than emos and are more stereotypically Goth. It takes a keen eye to distinguish some emos from baby bats, but there is one difference:

Baby bats grow up into Goths. Emos grow out of the fad, and into accountants.
a) "Check that emo!" "That's not an emo, that's a baby-bat." "How can you tell?" "She's got a Bauhaus patch. No emo listens to Bauhaus."
