A phrase invented and used by Republicans to negatively refer to the modification, removal, or reform of certain products, policies, and other things within society in order to stop promoting harmful ideas and stereotypes regarding race, gender, religion, etc. Cancel Culture is a term that pretty much means: "I am mad that I can't be openly racist, sexist, etc. anymore so I am going to throw a tantrum about it."
Dr. Seuss Enterprises: *decides to stop printing a specific 6 Dr. Seuss books because they contain racist and insensitive/offensive imagery*
Racists: "This is ridiculous! Cancel Culture is out of control! I don't care that it was Dr. Seuss Enterprises that made the decision! I am still going to say it was because the Democrats want to control everything so they are ruining my childhood memories of when I got to be as racist as I wanted!"
