Huckster:

(noun)

1. An uber-crafty investment contraption that, ironically, slips through the regulatory grips of SEC's Gensler while still functioning as an irresistible magnet for an array of random lawsuits and government meddling.

2. The financial equivalent of a cat with nine lives, able to dodge, weave, and sometimes even thrive amidst the whims and chaos of Gensler's 'hands-off' guidance.
Usage: "Invested in a huckster, eh? Better buckle up, 'cause it's gonna be a wild ride between dodging lawsuits and figuring out what the heck Gensler's next move is!"
