Its a form of reacting to something that doesn't make sense. Its not referring to something that is bad, but something that was unexpected. Its a type of reaction when you see the panda sneezing video, or the star wars Kid or even the dramatic gopher.. We all have those moments.. where WTF is just not enough.. for now we have WTW.
