When a person follows trends mindlessly and just wears them all together without having their own sense of style. Usually they just buy a whole bunch of stuff at Urban Outfitters and let the store tell them what's hip instead of figuring it out on their own.

That girl in the "ironic" T-shirt, neon leggings, and matching Ugg boots is seriously urbanotarded.
