A male that is a dick head. Very obsessive and annoying. He is very ugly and has many problems. A Kevin is very insecure and thinks he has a horrible life, but in reality a Kevin doesn't. Many of them have a lot of friends and usually a lot of girls like a Kevin. People think a Kevin is sweet and nice, but wait till you get to know them. And a lot think he's cute, but it's only because of his charm. If you meet one, stay away!
