Low educated, low intelligence law enforcement official. The sort of police officer that wont take of their sunglasses to look you in the eye to speak with you as even as a representative of the state and doesn't respond to legitimate questions akin to an ape-like doorman (bouncer).
Perp: What did I do wrong officer?
Officer BounceBounce: You're eating here.
Perp:That's not illegal!
Officer BounceBounce: Now you're resisting arrest...you're going to jail.
Perp:I'm not resisting anything, I've not been arrested. Where are the signs saying it's illegal to eat here?

Typically an angry teenager or other power inhibited individual who thinks that all religion across the globe is either Islamic Terrorist or American Christian Fundamentalist and that their arguments are sound because they have watched a Dawkins video online. They take special pleasure in assuming that people with a faith are either deeply offended or will change their life due to anonymous comment based "wisdom".
