KBR retained a large number of OFW's on construction projects in Iraq, where they are known as TCN's (Third Country Nationals).
Latest figures indicate that OFW remittances to the Philippines have increased by 8.6 percent to $4.52 billion, providing urgently needed foreign currency to stabilize the peso.
