The legal alternative to Marijuana. This stuff is legal in Japan (perhaps in other countries too), and that's about all I know (I'm still researching).
Liberty is smoked the same way marijuana is (e.g. joints, bowls, etc). The high it gives is very similar to weed, but it wears off just a little qicker and the effects almost instantly disappear.
If anybody has any information on this please post something. I've been trying so hard to figure out exactly what this stuff is.
