A short, often nonsensical remark, used as a defense mechanism to sustain the self-absorbed notion that one’s own perception of reality—misguided and uninformed as it may be—is consistently superior to the collective intelligence of the global Internet community.
When the boy who expressed his disdain for the comic book form and love for graphic novels was told by the entire Internet community that a graphic novel was merely a form of comic book, he replied with the following maiku: "lol, ur all stupid cuz the library called it a graphic novel. And I didn't look at the pictures anyway."
