welk boi

Welk boi is someone that lives in Immingham. He is highly intelligent but often comes out with stupid things without thinking, possible because his brain is overloaded with other things ;)
Often accompanied with the word loltard i.e - loltard welk boi!

ie - a welk boi would say - "You've tripped on mushrooms? Why would you trip over mushrooms?"
