Drop a Stone 

Verb. An action you take to relieve yourself of a great pressure in your abdomen. Aka: go to the bathroom when you have to pee really bad. A reference to the pain of kidney stones.

Guy1: Let's go watch a movie.
Guy2: OK, but first I gotta go drop a stone.
Guy1: I told you not to drink that extra large Rockstar.
