1. A term usually applied to males who have a clear sexual preference for women of Indian descent.

Boy 1: "I can hook you up with that Australian girl"
Boy 2: "No thanks, I've got my eye on that Indian chick"

Boy 1: "Oh that's right, you've got spice fever!"

"Every time we go to the club, Steve goes straight for the Indian women. I swear, that dude's got a serious case of spice fever."
