when a girl gets AIDS from being fingerblasted by a male who has just fingerblasted another girl who has AIDS. Via the hand of the fingerblasting male, the fluids of the girl with AIDS comes in contat with the fluids of the girl without the virus. (which results in the the latter party contracting tha aids virus)
