scud runner

A word used among pilots that refers situations in which weather conditions are poor, forcing the pilot(s) to fly low enough to see the terrain.

"if its too nasty to go ifr we'll go vfr"

scunrunner 

A person who hauls methamphetamine or the materials needed to make it (see also scun). In recent times the word scun and all of it's meth related deriviatives have a very strong usage in south central Arkansas (where meth use has been epidemic for at least 20 years due to chronic boredom) in spite of originally being a Southern California 1960s slan term for meth.

That scunrunner must have been goin' about 150 when he came though here with the county deputies and drug task force chasing him.
