2. A word used to describe someone when annoyed.
3. Variation of the word scrub.
4. A noob.

Matt: This dude is gonna kill us, look at him... yup we're dead.
Josh: Ugh, that scrub bucket.

Josh: Haha, look at Jerry missing the basket.
Matt: What a scrub bucket.

Josh: Hey, what's up scrub buckets.
Matt: Haha, funny.

Scrum bucket

When a group of homeless men(a group meaning 6-10) all ejaculate in one individuals rectum. After every one finishes one gentlemen is picked to drink the cornucopia of semen from the receiving gentleman’s anus.
