Pulling a Grundy

A term used when describing someone who 'sleeps' their way to the top, gaining an unfair advantage over other workers.

Person A: "How did she get that promotion? She's crap!"
Person B: "How else, she fucked the area manager."
Person A: "Ahhh she pulling a Grundy!"
