whenever a nep takes a nap. he/she may be tired, drugged, or dead. then people may refer to this as a nep nap.

note: this nep is the nep from hyperdimension neptunia, you know, neptune. the older sister to nepgear (though she doesnt act like it)! if you dont know this you are not a weeb and shouldent be looking this up
