Narcolympics 

Doing something (or activities) that requires athletic skills, while under the influence of drugs, that you usually wouldn't do while sober.

Darryn : My girlfriend got us weed and after we smoked it I immediately started doing some crazy stuff. Apparently I was jumping over the furniture and trying to climb the bathroom door.
