The person who is assigned the task of opening gates on a ranch or farm. Usually the person riding shotgun or prefabally a child that can reach the latch.
Driver : “get out and open that gate for me Billy Bob”
Billy Bob: “I ain’t your gate nigger, bitch” (opens gate)
