elder'ed 

To elder someone is to promote them from a member of the clan to an elder. Usually done by another elder or the leader of the clan. It is also a term used as slang meaning to give a dry hand-job to someone.

german last name, most people will refer to this person by their last name because it is usually better than their first name. also, someone who did not have many friends when they were younger, then spontaneously socialized with everyone.
