An ancient very intense and painful process in attempt to enlarge the penis permanently. This act consists of a man tightly tying a knot around the tip of his penis. This knot is conneted to a rope that is tied to the tail of a donkey. Numbing procedures, and anesthesia are also an option. The beginning of the process is when the donkey is whipped and starts running. The participant is pulled by his penis. The procedure is done after the donkey has ran it's full 10 kilometer track.
