Deca Dick is featured in the movie "Pain & Gain" (starring Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson, and Anthony Mackie) in which Anthony Mackie's character, Adrian, is seen masturbating his flaccid penis to a pornographic film but is unable to achieve an erection.
