A girl who just wants someone to engulf her in a big hug and tell her how much she means to him and how whenever he's around her they're the only ones in the room. An that he would never hurt her and he just wants to always be around her. She wants him to tell everyone how much she means to him and to just go for it don't be scared to ask her to be his girlfriend because she will say yes she needs someone to be there for her and to love her.
