buffet lunch

The act of fisting a person anally, usually accompanied with a war cry of sorts.

"Hey, would you like a buffet lunch?"
"Yeah, sure." (thinking that they are being offered a lunch at a buffet restaurant)
"BYAH!"
"ARGH!"
