Crazy screaming naked man that sees everything in a wide-screen view. He seems incoherent and like he's babbling but he is communicating with his many flying ninja forces in another language so as to not strike so much fear into your heart that you die of a heart attack while he takes over the known world with his co-conspirator who happens to be a wanna be Asian but is really only a white guy with a little dick.
