Welsh Snooker

noun, verb. A counterpart to a Chinese snooker whereby the cue's space is blocked by walls, furniture or members of the public getting in the way and generally being inconsiderate arses. Either a noun; "I'm in a Welsh snooker" or verb; "to welsh snooker".
"I don't like playing in this pub, we keep getting Welsh snookered by that fat guy sitting two inches from the table"
