It is headed up by a conspiratorial leprechaun whose extremely low stature seems to be an indication of his mental capabilities. The students are aware that they are shit-screwed, but they are unable to escape because of the bureaucracy of administrators fighting over paltry sums of money. From this one may conclude that the Washoe County School District is in all aspects parallel to the inherent and true definition of poop.
