Wang nasty

Refers to the white, green fluid from a STI infection in men. May be used as a descriptive of the symptom in slang or may be used in derogatory terms to describe a person you currently do not like.

I had to go to the doctors, had a case of the Wang nasty.

Him there! He is a Wang nasty.
