The act of making someone "voxgasm" uncontrollably using nothing but non sexual actions or words and the person just like... voxgasms... EVERYWHERE! Usually accompanied by random high pitched noises or random sequence of letters. The higher the pitch and the more letters mean the better the voxgasm. Sometimes the high pitched noises are so high that dogs are the only living thing that can hear them.
