Tourette's Thumb

A condition, found in some video game players, where one's thumb performs an action within the confines of a video game that is not only inexplicable but results in mildly hilarious mistakes leading to a failure of a mission or objective.

"Why did you shoot me instead of the flag carrier?"
"I have Tourette's Thumb, man, leave me alone!"
