The product consists of the two pieces of man meat being sandwiched by the female's fish flaps when at the same time excreting the female's final monthly "tomato relish" as a topping. (If the woman died while pregnant the placenta can also be blended to make this relish). The "double cheese" is provided by scraping the final secretion from the inside of the deceased foreskins.
