A very loud obnoxious female , typically wearing high heels and/or a lil black dress. Who when laughing while drunk makes a sound similar to that of a dolphin. They will often display the same sexual aggression as an actual horny dolphin. Very rarely will you find one alone , as they prefer to travel in larger groups on sidewalks in bigger cities .

Sorry, I couldn’t sleep last night, the bar below me had a Taylor Swift eras night, and it was street dolphins howling until 3am
