A person who's life is built around their sleep schedule, often missing special and/or important events to catch a few Z's. Named after the sleeping "Bun" sticker on Facebook Messenger by David Lanham.

Jason: "Dude do you know where Tiff is? She's missed like three classes today."
Allen: "Oh haha, she's probably just in bed, she's a sleepy bun"
