The Shin Taker is someone who is under 5'0, wears a plague doctor mask with a bunny hoodie on.
People do not know what The Shin Taker's gender is, so people say normally they/them.
The Shin Taker has many weapons such as, an axe, chainsaw, knife, ect.
Anyone could become The Shin Taker if they're under 5'0. If you make 10 short jokes within a day they can legally take your shins. (You have to wear The Shin Taker outfit)

Friend 1: Uhhh what are you wearing?
Friend 2: Halloween costume.
Friend 1: Oh that makes sense!
Friend 2: *Takes friend 1's shins* and that's for all the short jokes you bastard.

October 22nd, the day for retribution against people between 5”5 and 5”10 who were just barely tall enough to escape National Throw Short People Day. You have not escaped yet.

Today is my favorite day, National kick slightly taller people in the shins day, as a person who is 6”2. I get to kick people who are shorter than me in the shins.
