A rut tutt is the act of placing your index finger and middle finger together and giving a light upwards tap under the chin of a friend or aquantaince causes them to clank their teeth together or if your real mean causing them to bite their tongue.
One of your friends has been beaking you all day at work and you want to get them back in a simple and gentle (gentle is completley up to the individual) way. you simply approach them from the side and with lightning quick reflexes give them a quick "rut tutt" to their chin. It may make them upset or aggitate them at first but once they are in the loop of the rutt tutt you can guarantee they will use this tactic on other friends
