Rivetspawn

A person whose appearance looks like they were assembled from spare parts — mismatched limbs, clunky proportions, and overall post-apocalyptic DIY cyborg energy. Think steampunk Frankenstein, but without the charm. Often used to describe someone who looks like they were designed by trial, error, and spite.
“She walked in like a rivetspawn — knees backward, elbows forward, and not a single matching part.”
“Dude got that rivetspawn body type. Built like a Mad Max side quest.”
“Not even AI could generate that build. That’s handcrafted rivetspawn architecture.”

When a certain commodity or supply in in such short supply that you're almost out of it entirely. Used similarly to "running on fumes". Originated from riveted tanks, when they're almost empty you can see the rivets.
I'm about out of propane. Another day or two and I'll be looking at the rivets.
