The acting of Ripping ones "Piss Flaps" in any event, game, or sitatuion. There is no literal ripping of flaps, however ripping someones flaps is a phrase used to convey the message that you have dominated that person and they have been humiliated by having their flaps ripped. The effects of having one's flaps ripped can linger for days and in some cases last forever.
"Tony I'm going to Rip your Flaps!"
"Damnit George, Im gonna Rip Your Flaps!"
"Poor Tony, You are always getting your flaps ripped, I feel bad for your flaps."
"Thano, why do you always Rip Tony's Flaps?"
