An woman that's attractive in that intriguingly forbidden way, because her look leads you to believe she is likely Republican. She can be seen killin it in a button down shirt, well-fitting white pants, fashionable belt, and probably ankle boots. She will probably age into Chico's model status.

Republicannot

A politician so steeped in fear that he/she cannot make a decision, pass a bill or do anything that will jeopardize their re-election chances.

Representative Smith was such a Republicannot that he couldn't vote yes or even allow a discussion of the an immigration reform bill for fear his vote would come back to haunt him/her in the next election.
