Spanish (ras-qua-che) Typically a slang way used to describe a dirty person or a tackles person.

Person 1: Did you go to the bar last night?
Person 2: Yeah but it was full of Rascuasches so we left.

example 2 -
Person 1: The flea market got crazy when the band started playing.
Person 1: Yeah, the Rascuasches came out of the woodworks.
