Poop neck

When someone takes a dump, comes out of the bathroom, sneaks up on you and puts their hands around your neck in a playful, joking manner. They may or may not have washed their hands.

Damn, Shotwell came out of the bathroom and gave me a poop neck!

When you poop on a girl's chest and then smear it so it looks like a necklace. Very similar to a pearl necklace, except with poop.

Houston Poopneck 

A Houston Poopneck is when a person shits on another persons neck. Often times resembles a St. Bernard's dog turd, and may often contain last nights dinner.

Bad posture from sitting on the toilet a lot, maybe from diarrhea &/ constipation.

The food I ate earlier imprisoned me on the toilet for 2 hours & now I have temporary poopneck.
