Pineapple Rain 

When it rains out side, but it is still bright and sunny. The phenomenon is common in places like Florida and California. This term was coined by a Dialect Survey, pretty sure it is a made up phrase. Other words this may go by, "sunshower", "the wolf is giving birth", "the devil is beating his wife", "monkey's wedding", "fox's wedding", or "liquid sun".

Person 1: "How can it be raining out side now, it looks so nice out"
Person 2: "The word you are looking for to describe this phenomenon is 'Pineapple Rain'"
