Drug dealer. Typically a homeless man who makes his living by selling weed to underaged kids.

Youth #1 "Hey man, I'm out of weed."

Youth #2 "That's alright man, we can just go buy some from the lovable Old James."

Youth #1 "Hell yeah, Old James is the man."
