Essentially when consistently moderate temperatures suggesting an early spring are interrupted by a surprise snowstorm and freezing temperatures
Person 1: Wow, it’s nice out today

Person 2: Yeah, maybe spring came early this year
*snows*
Person 2: ....or maybe not
Person 1: Looks like we just got Nebraska’d
