Neckstrap Fail

when a saxophone player completely puts away their saxophone but walks away with their neckstrap still around their neck.

Jim: *puts saxophone away and gets up to leave*
Brian: hey jim! you still have your neckstrap on!
Jim: NECKSTRAP FAIL! D:
