To fail so bad that people start doubting about the existence of your brain, or start referring to you as brainless.

I got a 0% on the test, I think I made a Jp.
I made a Jp yesterday, people started saying my dog has a higher IQ than me.
If you make a Jp, than your IQ is lower than a gold fish.
