When you consider someone a friend, based on location.
when they live close by you will hangout and see them, if they ever move away, goodbye have a nice life.
Not good enough friends to even consider travelling to visit.

Loyal friend and true 

A term coined by Bob Barker (b. 1923-12-12, retired at the end of Season 35; ended 2007-06-15, taped 2007-06-06) which is someone that watches The Price Is Right all their life. Contestants are told this when they get on the show, win their One Bid prize and make it up on stage and declare that they are a fan of the show. Current host Drew Carey (b. 1958-05-23) has yet to say this to a contestant.

Someone who’s there regarding the circumstances. You know they got your 6 no matter where your at, on the street, jail, wherever. They don’t sleep with your boy/girl. A true 💯 person.
